So, what is Quality Improvement? Quality Improvement describes the process whereby an organisation, and its team members, make changes and develop their processes (both clinical and managerial) in order to improve patient outcomes, system performance and professional development. It comes under the umbrella of clinical governance which is an obligation under the RCVS code of professional conduct.

**These modules have been provided free by Training-Progress, the Team and Quality Management System. Training-Progress is not a training provider, but a scaffolding for practices to develop a robust training programme for their team.  Training-Progress is a fantastic tool to help a practice manage their QI process. The training programme and document management system ensure that team members are aware of changes to processes and that information is reliably shared. Communication features ensure that team members have easy access to relevant information. Visit their website to find out more.**
